Four Brothers Reserve

Sweetree's Four Brothers Reserve derives its name from our apiary's location near the beautiful bush-clad deviation linking Hamilton and Raglan. On the horizon, wind turbines produce renewable power while our bees gather nectar from pasture flowers, Kanuka, Manuka and other natives. 

Hakarimata

Sweetree's Hakarimata honey is collected from the Hakarimata Range which forms part of the western rampart of the Waikato Basin.  Nestled in the foothills, our bees feast themselves on the copious sources of nectar from native flowers above and pasture flowers below.

Ohinewai

Ohinewai is the childhood home village of Martin and where the apprentice beekeeper began a love for bees. Sweetree's Ohinewai honey is a journey full circle as we bring this delicious honey to your table. Kanuka, clover, river and pasture flowers interwind with fond memories and community spirit.

Marokopa Manuka

Sweetree's Marokopa Manuka is collected from October to December from seaside Marokopa, South of Kawhia. Manuka honey is sought after for its natural anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties.  This batch of Marokopa Multi-floral Manuka honey has been tested activity level of 5+ MG and is expected to rise to a 9+. This honey has soft tones with a subtle Manuka taste.  Very sweet notes that linger on the back of your palate.
